International Shipping: I'm sorry, but at this time we do not ship outside the United States.

Digital items deliver automatically to your email inbox. Digital items are not eligible for refunds.

Journal printed copies are available at Amazon (*paid link: I earn a small commission on qualified purchases)

Free Shipping: Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is free for orders over $75. Many items are made to order and have a 1-2 day processing time. Standard shipping (3-5 business days) for orders under $75 is $5.95.

Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) is $10.95 per item. 

If you haven't received your package in the time expected, please check the tracking number that was sent to you. If the item shows delivered, but you didn't receive it, kindly reach out to the carrier for more information and help.
